MyCleanWater is an independent water quality information platform. We aggregate publicly available data from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to provide free, easy-to-understand water quality reports for every city in the United States.

Our Mission

Everyone deserves to know what's in their drinking water. While utilities are required to publish annual Consumer Confidence Reports, these documents are often difficult to find and harder to understand. We translate EPA data into clear, actionable information so you can make informed decisions about your water.

Our Data

All water quality data on this site comes directly from official EPA sources:

• SDWIS (Safe Drinking Water Information System) — Public water system information, compliance data, and violation history
• UCMR5 (Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rule 5) — The most comprehensive PFAS testing data available, covering water systems serving over 200 million Americans

Independence

MyCleanWater is not affiliated with any water utility, filter manufacturer, or government agency. When we recommend water filtration products, we clearly disclose any affiliate relationships. Our reports present the data as-is without exaggeration or minimization.
